Roommate demanding space I paid rent for

I told my roommate about two months ago I’ll be moving out end of October as I basically live with my boyfriend already and don’t want to pay for the space if I’m not there. She is a therapist and basically demands to know when I will be home and when I won’t a week from advance so she can work from home. Due to hippa laws she’s not supposed to have anyone in earshot so she doesn’t want me home. She also says working in her room is too inconvenient. This is partially why I moved out. When I told her I was moving out she was very rude and judgmental about it cause I’m gonna be moving in with my boyfriend. I literally haven’t been home for two months. I have never been or said anything rude to her. I am 24f she is 35f. Is the way she’s speaking to me appropriate? Also she showed my room without asking permission, isn’t even planning on renting it out until December. This person just isn’t suited for a roommate.
