Building a team of AI experts Experts

Hello everyone Thanks for reading this I’m Nik, in NY and I’ve successfully built and helped other built businesses. My background is robotics, marketing and development. I am currently working on creating a team of experts. We are focused on n8n make zapier ifttp and python.

I have clients that I am already servicing in AI automation, marketing, content creation and management.

We are currently a team of 12. I am heading the ship. I need to build it better and for that I need to implement vertical growth. Which means I need to find more experts and build a team that can execute. So I can focus on the client growth.I’m good at marketing and sales, I have a lot of clients coming my way so that’s not a problem. It’s having good people who can be part of a team that is innovative, works in different time zones.
