Of those who aren't mute, how many of you basically never speak or vocalize other than when you are intending for other people to hear you say something?

I almost never talk or vocalize if I am not intending for other people to say things. Easily a day could pass without speaking anything if I happen to not have other people doing anything with me.

This is not including the voice in one's head. That continues to operate regardless. And it doesn't include dreams.
