any other autistic metal and punk fans?

ive noticed me and my autistic friends all love metal, punk, rock and other high energy music. i love the beats and fast pacing and just high energy and emotions put into it. it makes me happy stim so much like whenever i put it on i literally cant stay still!! it also calms me down whenever im in overstimulating and uncomfortable situations, it drowns out everything around me and i can just focus on the music! yeah just a funny observation ive noticed!
