Most safe American state for trans people?

Hello! The question is simple. What’s the most safe American state for trans (and also lgb) people? I live in a blue state right now but would like to move as soon as I get things like a License and other information and such. I’d like to start doing research now on where to go. Preferably someplace affordable? I’m autistic and will probably have trouble landing a well paying job, as well as being young.
