Just moved into a house trying to figure out why it takes so long for the flush to complete

Just moved into this house and for some reason this toilet takes a long time to complete the flush cycle. I just replaced the toilet flapper and I have pinched the water level adjustment clip to as high as it goes, it has a fluidmaster 400 model anti siphon. Appreciate the help
