What shoes for the office?

33F - What shoes should I wear to the office? It’s a business casual tech company and it looks like there’s a chance of snow, temps between 10-35. I normally WFH in Texas so never have to pick shoes that are functional, warm, and cute. Will I look ridiculous wearing boots or small heels in winter in the city?
