Romantic Realist style commission

I am looking for artists who can produce art in a romantic realist style or renaissance inspired style, in either digital or traditional mediums, who do primarily or exclusively sfw content. My commission here is to create an image from a scene from Atlas Shrugged, so if you are already familiar with her novels that is a bonus as it will save some time in describing the piece and its theme. I would pay half once a sketch is done to confirm details and half at completion, and I will only pay through PayPal. If you are interested please reply here with some reference work and I will DM you as soon as possible to discuss details on the piece. Budget is not an issue, we will discuss what the idea is worth and come to an agreement we are both happy with.
