Which one is the right setting?

Which one is the right cycle?

I might just be plain stupid but which one is the right cycle to wash your jacket with? The Arc’teryx website says 40 degrees celsius at a regular cycle? What does “regular” cycle mean? Does that mean 40 degrees at the delicate or synthetics setting?
