High ping after update?

Not sure if it's just my game having a seizure. I'm trying to play with my friends on crossplay, me on ps5 them on PC and after the small update the game had today I'm getting the world's most insane latency and lag spikes. I've tested my speed and SamKnows'd my router and everything is fine 100-250mpbs with a max of maybe 60 latency. My router itself has a max of 24, so it's not that. I don't have an ethernet cable because my router is downstairs, but I had no issues before today.

Anyone else having any issues? I tried siege and my ping was more than okay. Stayed at 35 for the majority with only a few spikes to 60.
