Antinatalism Made My Life Better
Before I became an antinatalist, I often felt confused when things weren’t going well. I constantly questioned whether the problem was with me, with society, or with other external factors. But after I became familiar with antinatalism, I realized that the core issue lies in the very existence of sentient life itself.
This isn’t to say that I don't have problems or that societal problems don’t exist—they do—but it’s freeing to understand that the deeper, underlying problem is the incompatibility between sentient life and a world that is inherently ill-suited to sustain it.
