Breastfeeding and Zoloft

I was just prescribed 50mg of Zoloft. I am 3 1/2 months postpartum and was recently diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety. I am extremely worried about starting Zoloft as the symptoms may get worse before they get better. I am worried about the “what ifs” to my baby as I breastfeed and hope to continue doing so. I am feeling terrible mentally. Anxieties constantly circle around me and will not leave. I cannot focus and fall into holes. Does anyone have any experience postpartum and/or breastfeeding. I need some real stories from real people, not just my doctor/counselor.
