[DFW] Baggage mishandling

I had a flight from LAX to DFW with 2 Heys branded checked bags and a gate checked stroller via AA. One of my checked bags’ handle was completely ripped off and nowhere to be found and my stroller lap bar was torn so deep it cut through the leather, foaming, right down to the plastic core (did I mention the stroller was in a carrier bag to prevent damage which also tore?). AA’s response? “These are considered normal wear and tear so no compensation will be given. This decision is final.” Bruh.
