I would like to visit France for tourism

As you read in the title, I want to visit France for a summer vacation. I don’t know where to start. I have a passport and I will open a euro bank account soon. I can put a large amount of money in it (money is not a problem). I am a university student (studying medicine if that helps). My parents do not work for the state and do not have insurance. Please, who can guide me from scratch until I am accepted and granted a visa in the summer? I will be grateful.
