Uni scholarships

I finished my Alevel last October , my alevel results were A* , A , A in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry . I had a high A in Physics ( 87%) and mid A in Chemistry ( 85% ) unfortunately that won't matter

But my question is

are there any chances of me getting a fully scholarship or high partially funded scholarship ( 75% or 80% or 90% ) for Electrical Engineering if Yes please tell me where to apply

PS : the reason I want to get a scholarship is because I'm in East Africa and Universities in the country i am have been fond of teaching expired courses and killing the potential of those people who graduated with the expired program from getting further studies of Masters or even working outside the country
