Possible export oil to Asia and Europe instead?

With these dumb tariffs coming in, how easy or hard would it be to just export our energy, lumber, aluminum to Asia, South America and Europe instead of the USA?

We currently export 97% of our energy to the US The US imports 50% of oil from Canada
