Please Help Polar* kythera won’t feed

I’m new to hpa and got a kythera engine that shoots fine when a mag is not in but once you put a mag in it stops shooting like it jams, I feel like my air nozzle is to fast or not going back far enough to grab the bbs, anybody with this a similar problem please help.
