First mini(s) I've ever painted!

Hello! I just started the hobby last month and finally got the courage to paint some minis. I've learned a lot already but would love some suggestions. I wasn't happy about how the right shoulder turned out on either model. I basically followed the official Warhammer guide to painting the storm cast models.
