Guy stood me up on our (supposedly) first date, should I give him another chance?

Problem/Goal: Guy stood me up on our first date

Context: Throaway account. So ayun nga, we've been texting for a week. We had good conversation and he's genuinely nice overall. So I agreed to meet him up and we decided to meet today. Wholesome date lang naman. Kaso ang dami palang ganap ni kuya mo. Wala kaming exact time na napag usapan pero "gabi" raw sana. 8pm na nung nag chat ako sa kanya if tuloy pa ba samantalang ako nakapag ayos na ako around 6pm palang. May inaantay lang daw sya and all. Nainis na ako that time and sabi ko cancel nalang. Sobrang disappointed ko lang kasi it will be my first actual date sana. Sorry naman sya ng sorry pero nawalan talaga ako ng gana. Bawi nalang daw sya. Should I give him another chance?
