Dell Optiplex 7010 for Personal Server? Specs Help?

So I just picked up a Dell Optiplex 7010 (Amazon Page) with 16gb of DDR4 RAM and was wondering how good it would be for running a Minecraft server. I plan to host for up to 12 people at a time, but wanted something super beefy to run heavy modpacks like ATM or something with Create. Is this a good machine? Can I upgrade the RAM, or do I even need to? If there are parts I can upgrade to make this machine work, what should I upgrade?
