Vocal stimulation? Do you do this?

Hi, i was wondering if this is a common thing with other adhd individuals, or if it's just a weird quirk of mine.

Sometimes I randomly say/sing things in a weird voice or make odd noises. It kind of comes out of nowhere and I don't realize until it's coming out of my mouth. I'm not worried about it, and just giggle at myself, but I am curious. Is this just my brain seeking out stimulation, or am I just a weirdo? 🙃
