I hacked my ADHD 😅
I’ve been trying to read & exercise more. I looked into getting a walking pad but I don’t want to spend the money & my apartment is already tiny. So I had a bright idea of pacing around my apartment for 20 minutes while reading. I stayed focused on reading, got more than 500 steps & I even worked up a sweat 😅
Moral of the story, no matter how crazy an idea sounds, if it works for you it’s not crazy! Get creative friends 🤪
