Idk if I should restart my island!!

Okay so I’ve had my island for 3 years and so many memories were made on it. I’ve completed my fish compendium and is close to finishing bugs and sea creatures. I’m at 4 stars. But idk if I wanna restart my island. Maybe it’s because it’s September (one of the most boring months in acnh) or if I’m bored and don’t have much to do. It’s so annoying that there is only 1 acnh save per switch. Any tips/ comments? It’s such a hard decision. I feel like I need something new, but I am happy with my island.
