Dry, red, irritated skin. HELP!

I have always had acne around my chin area but recently it has become red, dry and irritated in a cluster. I use the YTP Spinach and green tea cleanser, the ordinary niacinamide and hyaluronic acid serums, and la roche posay cicaplast and face sunscreen.

It feels dry, bumpy and irritated but I have no idea why. Has anyone had a similar experience? Any product recommendations? I’ll try anything!!
