What's the fastest way to level up Inter-knot rank?

Im in chapter 3 now and currently at IK34. But even before then I've been struggling to find commisions. Ive been doing the HIA and Hollow zero challenges but they cost energy, as well as my dailies, but getting rank is just so slow now. Any suggestions?
