Why TF is Jimmy such a chick magnet?

Jimmy isn't the ugliest guy in the world, but two really hot women way deep in the feels over this guy. Both of which were from the jump. You can tell he isn't they brightest bulb. The barrel racer could happen, but a hot vet for one of the most successful ranches in the US?!

As pointed out I forgot the most blatantly obvious. It was pointed out that Jimmy IS lifted in a certain piece of anatomy. That explains keeping them, but not the initial immediate attraction.
