Has anything been said about game performance?

I know not everyone is having a bad time with the game but for some it’s really unplayable. My pc exceeds requirements and yet I’m pretty much playing a slide show. I’ve tried everything. I’ve stopped playing for now, but I’m holding on in hopes that soon I’ll be able to play. From what I did play, I really do like this game
