Went from a 4 day bro split to this routine 5 weeks ago. I’ve been using the app to actually track my reps/weight for the first time so that’s helping me progress some. How does this routine look?(12 weeks total) I’ve been lifting weights 2.5 years. I feel like bro split has so many more targeted workouts for each muscle group, though
