Why do so few people play the Daring?

Just finished the project, few games in and I love the thing. One of the few destroyers I've ever truly clicked with.

Great concealment, good manoeuvrability and speed, decent torpedoes. But most importantly absolutely excellent guns.

And yet, so rarely see one on team lists.

Edit: not saying it's a fast ship, but it didn't feel desperately slow when I was playing it.
