Select TPM or not during installing windows 11 through rufus

Hello guys,

I am about to assemble my first gaming pc, i have asus prime h610m e-d4 motherboard.

I actually have to get windows 11 in pendrive to boot in ssd, i am unable to decide how to install windows 11, and what settings to select in rufus.
