What is this clear substance on my wrap?

I just bought a sweet chilli chicken wrap from a service station, on the outside of the wrap on the tortilla, there was this sticky clear substance. Like gel. No flavour. It was purely just on the wrap, not on the packaging or anything. I'm just sus about what it is now. I've attached pictures and the list of ingredients for reference. Thank you
