Am I losing weight too fast?

I (27M) started my weight loss journey about 3 1/2 weeks ago at about 219.5lbs, 66” tall. I did a body scan at my local nutrition store about a week and a half into the diet and got 217.8lbs, 36.6%BF, and 79.6%SMM. Two weeks after that one (3 days ago) I did another scan and was at 210.6lbs, 34%BF, and 80.2%SMM. This morning I weighed myself at 207.2lbs. I average 134g of protein, 166g carbs, and 54g fat a day; and anywhere between 1800-2000 calories a day per the app I’m using to track my calories for my deficit. I’m in the navy so I’m pretty active throughout the day, I go to the gym about 4-5 days a week, and I play rec league softball on the weekends.

My meals keep me full and energized, my sleep has been fine, and overall I feel healthy and able to go about my day but losing almost 4 pounds a week seems like it’s too much. I’m happy with my results but I don’t want to do myself any disservice. Is this sort of progress okay or do I need to make changes?
