Started ozempic in March 2024 and stopped in November because I felt like I had a handle on my diet and didn't want to shell out $400 a month if I didn't need to. Best decision ever. My weight is staying steady at 205 and at 6'1 I don't think I need to go down any more. Now I'm just continuing to eat healthy and keeping myself active. Starting to build some muscle so I'm excited about that as well. Before and after picture for reference. Thanks for keeping me motivated with all your progress pics.
