Did anyone grow their own flowers?

My wedding is at a botanical garden. The ceremony is in a carriage house and reception is in a big conference room. I'd like to grow my own flowers. My wedding is May 23rd, 2026 so I have a trial run this spring. I am getting some lavender, wildflower mix, maybe tulips.. eucalyptus, baby's breath. Any advice? This is turning into a bigger research project than I envisioned but I already have all the supplies laying around left behind from my family, except the seeds.
