Do berry seeds ever go on sale?

I have been wanting to get some moonberry seeds from the e store for ages since I seem to have terrible luck with getting them in Jumbleberry fields 😅 but I was wondering if anyone knows if they ever go on sale, like during berry fest?

I've only been really getting back into playing regularly over the last 6 months or so, before that I hadn't paid attention to Webkinz world events in years so I have no idea what happens during the berry fest. Just wondering if it would be worth saving my points until later in the year to get a deal on them or not. Thanks!
