[SOTC] Started about a year ago
Hey everyone, I always liked watches and started 2017 with a "Holzkern" watch, but never dived deep into the topic. Last year I was like "I should get a new watch" and so my journey started. Just wanted to tell you quick in which order I bought them (not the order in the picture):
Seiko Presage Cocktail Time [SRPK75J1]: My first watch. Didn't knew anything about watches, just thought "Oh, nice dial" and bought it. I don't regret it.
Seiko 5 [SNXS77]: Started to learn something about Seiko and that you get quite a good watch for not that much money. I love the 37mm case size.
Islander Northport Seafoam Green [ISL-155]: Learned about it from a watch youtuber. I love the color, fading, bezel and the lume is also very special in this watch.
Seiko 5 [SNK375K1]: Similiar to the SNXS77. Again a 37mm case. Liked the racing dial that comes with it and I'm a big fan of arrow hour hands.
Bulova Lunar Pilot [96B251]: Talked about this watch for months infront of my girlfriend. I like astronomy and the story behind it made it so fantastic to me. She bought it for me as a suprise. Her words: "It was the only name I could memorize of all the watches you mentioned". I love her.
Omega Seamaster Professional 300 [2531.80]: God, I love Omega watches. There are so many beatiful models. I always said "One day" and then my work colleague wanted to sell his and I took the chance to buy it fresh from service two weeks ago. I get a big smile everytime i look at it.
