WHAT INTERNET SPPED EVERY ONE PLAY ON?

I play on 100/20 speed on a ps4 pro and cant even load the mini map up half the time!

let alone fight i think i should of won and i dont...

is it my ps4 that cant keep up with the game? because about to buy a PC but dont want to drop the cash if its just going to be the same shit...
