Why do so many people hate on Arcade games?

I don't know if this is the place to ask this but here it goes.

I've seen too many people in any video I see of someone playing arcade of others mocking the player for it, and I haven't seen any in which it happened the other way around so, what's the matter with it?

I ask it because I play arcade for quick battles that I can do when I have the time, because idk, I go to school and study and do things around the house, so I don't have 10hrs a day to play wt and learn how every single bullet in every single vehicle falls, and even with that I'd probably forget about it at some point (and also I'm fucking blind in tank battles, I'm not going to hide and say I'm a pro).

But like, what's the matter of someone enjoying a game they like, just because they don't have as much ability, or don't want to play as hard as others? Has something happened in the game that makes other people hate on Arcade players? Because I feel that if we only abide by skill logic, sim players would be justified to hate on realistic players
