Even Pantsir is failing at this point and there's still many Nations without proper SPAA

It's crazy to me that were at the point where even Pantsir is failing and we STILL don't have SPAA in any countries that come close to Pantsir.

Pantsir missile are easy to kinematically dodge from all ranges, this holds even more true within close ranges 2-5 and medium and long ranges 9-12km, and Pantsir easily has the strongest SAM missile in game,

It's to the point which i resort to spawning Strela/Lavad as aircraft cant just dip below LOS as the guidance is FnF and it's seeker doesn't have to suspend (the primary tracked square in TWS can jump from the main target to other signatures making your missile go hay because of switching between sqaures/targets)

like Pantsir TWS gets spoofed by CMs + A2G ordnance

and im saying this as someone who used to be 1# hater of USSR bitching about abysmal DMs like autoloader carousels absorbing spall, Kamovs and Sukhois with broken ass models (Su25/39) though some of them were fixed.

if you are adding even more and stronger CAS to a game then you should within the same update also provide SPAA systems that are atleast on par with the balance of the game.

What made Pantsir especially strong were people flying straight from the airspawn, and Pantsir was the best at exploiting that thanks to the way longer motor burn allowing it to pull just as hard at long ranges,

but people obviously have been getting wiser on how to deal with Pantsir by just not flying straight and since aircraft lead the engagement this meant that they would be untouchable so long as they don't get arrogant or make a mistake.

Another strong point of Pantsir is intercepting ordnance, this was especially thanks to all the missiles of the pantsir being able to be fired without having to reload,

as well as most importantly the TWS providing squares for each signature in the air which let you easily keep track of everything incoming, while also intercepting multiple targets simultaniously.

Now however aircraft are getting alot of means to dilute the air with radar decoys like JDAMs, Dumb bombs, Rockets and AGMs,

Helicopters are getting wiser by shooting their AGM right before SAM hit the helicopter, causing the SAM to fuze short of reach and essentially expending a singular AGM/Rocket salvo to remain invinsible.

It's like adding tanks to an infantry game and every time stronger tanks are added your should also provide stronger AT weapons, its not rocket science but i guess it helps with their premium aircraft monetization having people buy premium jets to grind strong CAS and farm ground targets that are players.
