Does pharmacy not take breaks other then the 30 minute lunch?

I'm a DH. We get 15m breaks outside of the pharmacy but not while working in? .y pharmacy manager said they do but not when it's busy. It's literally busy every second it's open. I can't remember but I swear in the video training pharmacy gets 15m breaks as well.
