ChargePoint Charger issue with Volvo ex90?

We bought the ChargePoint given Volvos recommendation but we had to set the voltage limit super low for it to charge. Anytime we set it in a normal range we it would say it was charging but would stay at zero on the screen and give an error message and suggest taking it in for service. Worked totally fine on a public charger. Anyone else have this issue with their at home ChargePoint connection? We also had a neighbor come and his car charged fine on ours so it’s not a ChargePoint issue
