Used car question

Hi there. Just a few questions if anyone can be of assistance when it comes to the newer XC90’s

I'm looking at an XC90, either a T6 or a T8 inscription. 2017 or newer but looking for used. I'm wondering what people prefer of the 2 models and why they went with that over the other.

I also wonder how these are at higher mileage. I maintain my own cars and l've previously had GMC, Chevy, Lexus and VW, all have had 200k+ miles when I move on. I've owned Volvos but all at lower miles (S80 with 40k and C70 with 35k both in an accident and taken from me too soon). So I want to know how people have seen these fare when they get to that 180-200k mile range or do they just not last that long. I specifically want the body style of the Gen2 but not specific on a year and I want the luxury features of the inscription so just looking for some guidance
