Opzelura New Plastic Tube
Just got an email from Incyte about Opzelura’s new plastic tube.
"We want to inform you about an update to the tube of OPZELURA. Beginning in October, OPZELURA will be supplied in plastic (laminate) tubes with a flip-top cap. This will replace the aluminum, screw-top tubes. Some of the key benefits of the updated tube: 1. Increased Durability: Unlike aluminum, plastic tubes are less likely to bend, dent, or crack, helping to ensure the product remains in good condition. 2. More Flexible Tube: Plastic tubes are more flexible, making it easier to squeeze out the exact amount of medication that has been directed by your healthcare provider. 3. Leak Prevention: Plastic tubes provide a tighter, more secure seal, reducing the chance of leaks, which can be a concern with aluminum tubes after repeated use. 4. Lightweight: These plastic tubes are lighter. Please rest assured that while the package has changed, the medication inside stays exactly the same."
