Anyway to transfers pictures from phone to vita???

The reason I’m using my phone is because I can’t connect my vita to my laptop (on Linux), it just doesn’t seem to render/notice it. Overall I’m just trying to get pictures on there so I can change my lock-screen and home-screen on my vita just wonder how by phone.
