Deferred claim medical opinion

Medical opinion review turned into a virtual appointment. Looked up the doctor and it’s a VA employee.

Depression was denied due to VES contractor diagnosed PTSD. I don’t necessarily disagree but I don’t have that diagnosis from the VA. The VA recently diagnosed other specified trauma/stressor related disorder after the C&P exam. I guess the rater is as confused as I am.
