How much did you spend purchasing your race bike?

I’m curious as to how much the average racer here is spending on their race machines.

Best to start with the amount paid for the original build. Helpful also to include some extra context regarding your specific bikes. New or used, bike model, upgrades, etc. Feel free to add overall amount spent tuning with upgrades

I’ll go first. This year will be my first proper season racing. My CAAD 12 disc cost me €800 used 3 years ago.

Major upgrades include wheels, cranks, bars. Total upgrades prob €1200-1300

Would love to get an aero bike in the future to save my legs some watts.
