How Tier 2 Split 3 can be fixed

I feel the main problem of Challengers circuit is that there is nothing to play for split 3(almost half the season). My solution would be to;

Make the winners of Split 3 Challengers play in the kickoff tournament next year of their respected region. This will allow for the teams who didn't win Ascension something to play for, hopefully making some orgs keep their rosters. It'd also make the circuit ittle more open, allowing for more storylines.

Let me know what you think. Is this a good idea? It's a shame that we're losing orgs like m80,acend and the state of tier 2 suffering
