student finance pmo

So I was given the minimum loan for this year, which is my second. First year I survived fine, they gave me enough for rent and whatever else, but apparently I didn't give them my parents income info. So I did, and waited for it to process, and hoped they would pay me a little more once they did.

I followed it up today, and they came back to me saying that I'm already receiving the maximum loan (IM LITERALLY NOT, IT SAYS ON THE DAMN PAPER), and that my funding won't change.

What do I even do at this point? Do I just have to keep arguing? Idk yall I'm pissed
