Are you KIDDING ME?? Now we have to ship from store??? We had over 20!!!! Yesterday and thrown to the wolves blind with some instructions from wish or ikea. Why are we adding more work with no extra payroll????????? Happy returns was/is already stupid enough. Now, we have this bullshit to do when there's only 2 managers and a cashier? But we have to always give the "best guest experience " right? While we're stuck in the back packing orders like we work at an ulta warehouse?
