SSH connection issue

I'm having a bit of an issue using SSH on my ubuntu 22.04 server OS. Essentially I am able to connect and be connected until x time later (normally an hour or so), then it just dies and I can't seem to reconnect. If I look on the host machine, there seems to be no issue with anything ssh related and I can't seem to find any error messages anywhere. It even disconnects me from my OctoPrint and doesn't reconnect there. Any advice would be handy :)
